Cancellation and Refund Policy

All sales made are subject to each Product’s or Service’s specific cancellation and refund policy, as stated herein:

30 Day Refund Policy

To Get a Refund, You Must First:

1) Complete a Refund Application, email support@thetradeacademy.com to receive one.
2) You must be in the program for a minimum of 5 days before submitting a request for a refund.
3) Must schedule and have a one-on-one consultation call.

**If requesting a refund, you are required to complete all action based requirements within 30 days from the date of purchase.

After 30 days from the date of purchase, your request for a refund is no longer valid.

After 5 days from the date of purchase, your request for a refund is no longer valid.

Customers ineligible for a refund may be granted a partial refund in our sole discretion. We are not liable for any refund amount due to technical problems on your computer, including but not limited to: printer malfunction, inability to install Adobe Acrobat Reader, and/or problems due to Internet connectivity.
